 Six years after the old Thompson Outpost burned down, Barb and Dean Wood, have opened Woody's Outpost in the same location. The market has everything from gas, beer, wine, grocery items, bait and tackle, and a soon to come, pizza and a deli, serving up unique food items.
The Schoolcraft County EDC, and the Manistique Merchant's Association partnered to celebrate the store opening with a First Dollar presentation, and a one year membership to the MMA.
